Welcome to Luciani's Absolute Theater Digital Space Los Angeles outreach and focus group. This is a virtual group to connect people interested in participating in virtual events offered by LAT Digital Space.
Events will include:

Gay Men Writers Room Session
·OnlineOnlineThis is an online writing session offered through LAT Digital Space's Gay Men Writers Room as part of its Virtual Explorations.
Meeting Agenda
The meeting starts with a brief welcoming time to give writers the chance to join the meeting. After this time (usually not more than 10 minutes) the waiting room will be closed and there will be no more admissions into The Room.The Gay Men Writers Room is part of LAT Digital Space’s Sensory-Somatic realm. A brief (usually about 15 minutes) Sensory-Somatic Warmup and Recharging session will replace the usual meet and greet routine. Keep in mind that in these meetings we are more interested in your creative energy and what you can bring to the table on an energetic level than news and stories about what you’ve been doing or anything outside The Room.
After the warmup session, writers will leave the meeting to write on their own for about 45 minutes.
After the writing session, writers will choose whether they want to rejoin The Room for a Reversed Q&A Session (read about Reversed Q&As in the About The Feedback section) or keep on writing on their own.

Unless previously arranged with the host, participants must have their cameras on during the first section of the meeting.
This is a free online event. Zoom Meeting link will be sent to registered writers the evening prior to the meeting.

Virtual Sensory-Somatic Sessions for Artists
·OnlineOnlineThese are two Sensory-Somatic Mind-Creative-Energy Connection Sessions offered back to back.
Both the Sensory-Somatic Warmup and Recharging Session and the Sensory-Somatic Cooldown and Energy Reabsorbing Session are virtual mind-body connection sessions designed to help writers, actors and other artists connect to their bodies and senses and tap into their creative energy.
These guided exercises can be performed sitting at your desk or wherever you are when joining the virtual meetings. Even for participants familiar with other mindfulness, meditation or other mind-body connection practices, it is very important to perform these guided exercises together as a group in order to create an energy circuit between participants. Please remember that these are virtual meetings and pursuing any kind of Collective Energy is far more difficult than if we were all in person in the same room.
The main purpose of these sessions is to connect to our CREATIVE ENERGY and therefore, you must be an artist or a creative individual.
