What we’re about
Please have a look if you are interested in Lean-Agile-Scrum in one way or another. Choose the webinars that interest you.
We offer free webinars on a variety of Lean-Agile-Scrum topics.
Topics will evolve depending on your interests. We want typically 16 people in each webinar to enable good interaction. We will use Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Anyone with some interest in these topics is welcome.
Discussion is key, and optional. We strongly recommend the networking that will occur.
We also offer Scrum Alliance-related training (CSM, CSPO, Advanced-CSM, etc.) and related workshops, such as Agile Release Planning. These are NOT part of this Meetup. If you're interested in that, visit LeanAgileTraining.com.

- Webinar (free): Intro to Our Real-World Scrum WorkshopLink visible for attendees
This webinar is an intro to our Real-World Scrum workshop.
The Scrum courses (eg, our CSM course) offer some time on applying theory to practice. This workshop enables you to get into these issues much more. Special situations. Things you can't do. All the mess of real life. And then to figure out how to do the best you can, and start improving.
"If you don't change things, nothing's going to change." (Joe Little) So, we do insist that you change things some. But almost no one can get everything to change for Day 0. So, practical suggestions for the real-world.
This workshop will help you in two cases:
- You are starting a new Team and want to start well (as well as you can)
- You have a Team that needs improvement, and you're looking for ways to improve
The workshop takes you through a series of exercises, to figure out what to do. We explain how to adjust to problems or issues.
This webinar introduces you to this Workshop.### Discussion Leader
