What we’re about
Please have a look if you are interested in Lean-Agile-Scrum in one way or another. Choose the webinars that interest you.
We offer free webinars on a variety of Lean-Agile-Scrum topics.
Topics will evolve depending on your interests. We want typically 16 people in each webinar to enable good interaction. We will use Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Anyone with some interest in these topics is welcome.
Discussion is key, and optional. We strongly recommend the networking that will occur.
We also offer Scrum Alliance-related training (CSM, CSPO, Advanced-CSM, etc.) and related workshops, such as Agile Release Planning. These are NOT part of this Meetup. If you're interested in that, visit LeanAgileTraining.com.

•OnlineWEBINAR (free): Intro to our Unique Agile Release Planning Workshop
OnlineThis webinar is an introduction to our Unique Agile Release Planning workshop.
We are the only ones who provide this workshop.
It is also an opportunity to answer your questions.
Almost every week we give an 8-hour Agile Release Planning Workshop. People who take the workshop say: “It should be required,“ “it’s essential” and “that’s where it all came together for me.” Students are very happy.
The basic idea is to organize people into tables (or Zoom break-out rooms) and have each table work on a project that is real for at least one person at that table—and that person acts as the Product Owner.
It is very real and practical.
We discuss planning concepts and the planning for that day.
We pick the work for each table (break-out).
We go through the proposed steps, in a very practical way; at the end of which they have a decent first-pass plan.
We discuss what happens after this day and what we have learned.
There are other variations we can do. The workshop itself is typically 1 day.

•OnlineWebinar (free): The SM & Kaizen Culture
OnlineThe SM is there to help the Team improve. Kaizen is translated as continuous improvement. Now let’s talk about what this means, and what are some key related issues.
Note: In future sessions, we will discuss other aspects of “How to fix this Team?” Tell us your situation. We might feature it in part of a session.

•OnlineWebinar (free): Intro to Our Real-World Scrum Workshop
OnlineThis webinar is an intro to our Real-World Scrum workshop.
The Scrum courses (eg, our CSM course) offer some time on applying theory to practice. This workshop enables you to get into these issues much more. Special situations. Things you can't do. All the mess of real life. And then to figure out how to do the best you can, and start improving.
"If you don't change things, nothing's going to change." (Joe Little) So, we do insist that you change things some. But almost no one can get everything to change for Day 0. So, practical suggestions for the real-world.
This workshop will help you in two cases:
- You are starting a new Team and want to start well (as well as you can)
- You have a Team that needs improvement, and you're looking for ways to improve
The workshop takes you through a series of exercises, to figure out what to do. We explain how to adjust to problems or issues.
This webinar introduces you to this Workshop.### Discussion Leader

•OnlineWebinar (free): Explaining the Value of Scrum, the SM and the PO
OnlineOur contention: Scrum is very valuable. Managers need to understand this better. The Team, mostly, delivers this significant value through all three roles. We will focus today on the SM and the PO.
