What we're about

Please have a look if you are interested in Lean-Agile-Scrum in one way or another. Choose the webinars that interest you.

We offer free and $5 interactive webinars on a variety of Lean-Agile-Scrum topics. Topics will evolve depending on your interests. We want typically 16 people in each webinar to enable good interaction. We will use Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Anyone with some interest in these topics is welcome.

Discussion is key, and optional. We strongly recommend the networking that will occur.

We also offer Scrum Alliance-related training (CSM, CSPO, Advanced-CSM, etc.) and related workshops, such as Agile Release Planning. These are NOT part of this Meetup. If you're interested in that, visit LeanAgileTraining.com.

Webinar (free): How to Fix This Team? Diagnosis

Needs a location

We are planning to do a series of webinars to discuss things about Scrum that are commonly misunderstood.

And: A common need is: We have a team. It is not working as well as we wanted.

How do we fix it? For a car, what they almost always say is: Let’s run some diagnostic tests.

So, for you, me, and anyone who wants to start to think of themselves as a SM, agile advocate, coach, or manager: Let’s share ideas on how to diagnose a team. We have an hour, so let’s get into it as much as we can.

Here’s what I expect we can discuss and do:

  1. Introduce the topic.
  2. I will give some ideas. This will get us started, and give everyone something to think about and react to.
  3. Then we discuss. And add to it.

I hope everyone comes to have a good discussion, and represent their issues, hopes, and concerns. Make sure to bring your questions and talk about your real-life situations!

Webinar (free): Scrum Basics

Needs a location

This webinar is a bit about Agile, but mostly about the basics of Scrum, in 60 minutes. We also have our CSM course. It also gives you the basics, but in 16 hours. Still, basic, but notably longer.

This webinar might be for someone thinking about getting into Scrum, or for a manager or another person who is not sure how much they need to know. At least that person will be 60 minutes smarter.

This is a general introduction. And allows questions. Often a full answer to your question takes longer, but we might have a useful short answer.

Call: 1 hour on Zoom. (Zoom details will be sent to you.)
Price: free!
Please register here.

You may get a refund by email request, but only until 48 hours before the webinar. Contact us if you have any questions.

WEBINAR (free): An Intro to our Advanced-CSM Course

Needs a location

Please come. You are Welcome!
We will explain a little and answer your questions!

Part of the purpose of the A-CSM course is to help you along the Path to CSP.

The purpose of these webinars is to introduce the course and to answer your questions.

Please tell us your interests. Perhaps we can do a specific webinar you want. Please send me an email with your question or concern. I’m likely to include it.

WEBINAR (free): Agile Leaders Dialogue

Needs a location

This is a free online webinar. One hour.
This will be a series of webinars. For Agile Managers or Agile Leaders.

Topic Today: What do you need to do now - as an Agile Manager?

We will propose several ideas, our top priorities. You are welcome to propose other actions, ask questions or comment on details.

A few things now about key problems (pretty common - but your teams may not have these):

  1. Your teams do not agree on what agile-scrum is (not playing the same game)
  2. No impediment list
  3. Your team has not been improving (as much as they could)
  4. The Team has no improvement goals
  5. You need more retention (and/or a basis for attracting people)
  6. The teams are not having enough fun / happiness

We will make some specific recommendations. And we will discuss. A dialogue. You are welcome to offer your perspective.
