This webinar is an introduction to our unique Agile Release Planning workshop.

We are the only ones who provide this workshop.

It is also an opportunity to answer your questions.

Almost every week we give an 8-hour Agile Release Planning Workshop. People who take the workshop say: “It should be required,“ “it’s essential” and “that’s where it all came together for me.” Students are very happy.

The basic idea is to organize people into tables (or Zoom break-out rooms) and have each table work on a project that is real for at least one person at that table—and that person acts as the Product Owner.

It is very real and practical.

We discuss planning concepts and the planning for that day.

We pick the work for each table (break-out).

We go through the proposed steps, in a very practical way; at the end of which they have a decent first-pass plan.

We discuss what happens after this day and what we have learned.

There are other variations we can do. The workshop itself is typically 1 day.

The Team Level Up workshop is a key and important workshop we give. It is 24 hours.

The purpose of this webinar is to explain the workshop in some detail. A dive into it.
The workshop's aim is to help you build a better team. Specifically:
(a) Level Set in the team with agile-scrum will be for us (we choose! but with recommendations and explanations)
(b) Level Up - we agree to get better & identify 10 specific do-able ways.

This webinar is explaining, not actually doing that workshop.

So, we will take 1 hour now (and 2 other hours) to explain the whole thing, how we do it, and why.

And we will answer your questions.
