We will elaborate on the following points:

  • AI is a big deal
  • Agile-Scrum are hard to do well, and counter-culture. We made a LOT of progress over the years, but not enough. We of course could have done better, and of course we were never going to do it perfectly. And managers wanted a silver bullet too much (no surprise).
  • AI will remain a big deal. AND: Change will become faster, and adapting to change become more important. Using Knowledge Workers in Teams, a key strategy.
  • We must show that the Teams are successful, for the Customers and for the Business. Better!
  • It's going to be a rough ride. You'll bounce around better if you have numbers that show your success and that you helped your Team succeed.
