WHAT: Soak in the stunning ocean views with an all-level Hatha Yoga session with a modern flair. Flow through poses to world music beats, find deep peace with a guided meditation, bask in the pure sounds of the ocean waves and restore with an added sound healing instrument + take in full vitasea dose with a dip in the ocean after class. (optional)

The teacher will demo movements and verbally guide with/ a high-quality audio system, ensuring a welcoming experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
