Enjoy a sunset seaside treat as we soak up the healing ocean breeze with a sound bath 🧘🏽‍♂️ meditation using various healing instrumental tools to create resonant frequencies and vibrations that promote deep relaxation and emotional release.

July new 🌙 moon marks the start of a new lunar cycle, symbolizing a time to let go of the old, embrace the new, set intentions or goals, visualize their manifestation, and believe in their potential to grow throughout the lunar cycle.

❥This event is an express mini treat compared to our other weekly experiences listed ( here ) The duration is 45/60 minutes. Give extra personal time afterwards to journal, dip in the ocean, connect with others or simply head on home for a good night's sleep.

The teacher will verbally guide with/ a high-quality audio system, ensuring a welcoming experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
