Following this, a sound bath utilizes various instrumental tools to create resonant frequencies and vibrations that promote deep relaxation and emotional release, for a total body, mind & spirit restoration.

The teacher will demo movements and verbally guide with/ a high-quality audio system, ensuring a welcoming experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Class duration is 75+ minutes: This is a judgment-free and non-competitive healing community where everyone is welcome.
