How great is it to look at other smiling faces? Better even to break into laughter with others? That's why we are here. We'll guide you through simple laughter exercises, adding in deep breathing and yogic stretches. Coming together to foster some fun, we can't help but keep the laughter vibes going! We wrap up with a short guided meditation, time for yourself to focus on the feelings of goodness and connectedness we've created.
