Join me for Laughter Nidra with Sound Healing! Take back control of how you feel with the vibrational energies of laughter and sound. Remember, you have a choice, choose to join us and make yourself feel better.
Everyone can participate, all ages, disabilities, and genders. Get the whole family involved and experience the healing medicine throughout your entire home. This class can be modified and can be done sitting in a chair. Just follow along as best you can, the most important part is the laughter.

You will experience a diverse collection of instruments, such as the Handpan, Shruti Box, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Sonic Pyramids, Gongs, Sitar, Flutes, and a variety of Flow & Energy Chimes. Each instrument is not just a musical device but a channel for restoring and revitalizing the body’s chakra energies. Lay down and let the music heal!
Laughing for no reason is a purely physical process that uses simple breathing techniques and fun laughter exercises to elicit laughter, without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy. It’s based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between pretend and real laughter. It decreases stress and anxiety, improves your mood, strengthens your immune system, is a natural pain killer, and oxygenates the body!
