In this informal online gathering, we will laugh together, practice deep breathing, and do some vowel chanting as taught by laughter yoga founder Dr. Madan Kataria. Laughter yoga is a breathing exercise that encourages body-based, belly breathing and laughter from the body, rather than relying on laughter that stems from thoughts in the mind. Laughter yoga stimulates healthy immune response, improves mood, and helps shift our perspective to the positive. This mini program offering is a free invitation to relax and unwind and connect with others.
