Rock the block takes place on the Duluth Green, in the middle of downtown Duluth. Black Lion Reggae is performing and they are a vibe.
Bring your favorite chair, or blanket. We willl be surrounded by restaurants and bars if you get hungry or thirsty. Or pack something from the house.
