Speakers:
Perry Pang
Perry joined Lazada as a Senior Manager and is playing an architect role in the Data Team. He graduated from Shenzhen University with dual bachelor degree for Engineering and Business. He spends the whole career in the industry and specializes in data warehousing and data engineering. He also has extensive business knowledge in online booking, manufacture, corporation service, entertainment, finance and Fintech. He was working for Expedia, HP and Tencent in China and SKYCITY Entertainment Group and Harmoney in New Zealand.
Mingxin Xiao
As a data manager in Lazada data team, Mingxing taking the responsibility of real-time technologies, do the technical solution design and implementation. Also He has spend time to training others and build real-time capabilities in data team. Mingxing has more than 7 years working experience at China State Grid, AsiaInfo and Thoughtworks. He used to be senior data consultant and have consultant experience in finance & logistic domain . He has strong experience in data technologies. (e.g. Spark, Flink, HBase). In his future, He will most focus on real-time technologies and discover how to use real-time to solve problems in e-commerce.
