Hold Harmless Notice
Given the exhilarating yet inherently risky nature of our selected motorsport, it's my responsibility to ensure you're fully aware of your rights. By joining us for a Lean Into It ride, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. Should you choose to continue to be a member of our community, you are required to adhere to the following Hold Harmless Notice. However, if you find these terms unacceptable, you have the freedom to opt out of the group at any time.
If you elect to participate with Lean Into It, your participation in any activities organized by Lean Into It, including but not limited to meetups, workshops, and events (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Activities"), involves certain risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other dangers, that may arise from participating in the Activities.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, you hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lean Into It, and it's Road Captains, Co-Captains, and Members of the Group from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You understand and acknowledge that participating in the Activities is entirely voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with your participation. You further acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being during the Activities.
By joining Lean Into It, you hereby certify that you are of legal age and have read this notice carefully. You understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by them. You also understand that this agreement shall be binding upon your heirs, executors, and assigns.
