Can you make any plans in the age of Coronavirus? Christina Wodtke, pioneer in the adoption of OKRs and author of the books The Team that Managed Itself and Radical Focus, joins us to take a hard look at traditional strategy and share a more flexible approach to planning. After all, man plans and God laughs.
We'll be celebrating the launch of the highly anticipated second edition of her book Radical Focus and Christina will show us how OKRs can reinforce strategy.
Christina's talk will be followed by a fireside chat with Lean Product host Dan Olsen and then audience Q&A.
Join us for an informative and engaging session!
Note: Eventbrite registrants will receive an invitation link via email the morning of the webinar.
Our sponsors Heap and UserVoice are generously giving away 100 ebook copies of Christina's book Radical Focus that will be raffled off to attendees! You can opt in to this pre-event raffle on the Eventbrite registration form.
