Misiunea
Grupul Lean StartUp promoveaza metodologia “Lean StartUp” dezvoltata si validata de catre Eric Ries, “best selling author”. Conceptul sta la baza “invatarii experientiale”, cu alte cuvinte experimentand si masurand, se invata.
Grupul Lean StartUp doreste sa identifice oportunitati antreprenoriale prin discutii directe cu persoane care au obiective similare.
Atelierele/ workshop-urile/ cursurile au 70% parte practica si 30% parte teorie.

Grupul Lean StartUp se adreseaza:
1. Antreprenorilor;
2. Persoanelor interesate de crearea unui produs nou sau de dezvoltarea unei noi linii de servicii, fie intr-o companie deja existenta sau fie in cadrul unui Startup;
3. Persoanelor care doresc să se informeze despre antreprenoriatul de tip StartUp.

Obiectivele grupului sunt :
- sa promoveze cultura Lean StartUp in Romania intr-un mod sustenabil (din ianuarie 2016 suntem oficial in familia Lean Startup la nivel international) <br>- sa construiasca un loc pentru schimb de experiente relevante in ceea ce priveste cresterea unui business <br>- sa ofere mediul necesar crearii de startupuri care sa aiba un impact pozitiv in societate <br>- sa instruiasca oamenii dornici cu adevarat de a deveni antreprenori <br>- sa ajute fondatorii sa-si gaseasca cofondatorii

Viziunea de viitor: <br>
Crearea unui grup de “mastermind”, avand ca obiectiv principal, folosirea capitalului intelectual pentru a concretiza idei de pus in practica.

Acest grup este format din parteneri, consilieri și antreprenori care isi unesc fortele pentru crearea unei comunitati de informare, educatie, networking și evenimente menite sa îmbunătățeasca cunoștințele antreprenoriale, aptitudinile și experiența, necesare pentru a fi un antreprenor de succes.
Numarul de membri este in crestere si feedbackul primit dupa fiecare intalnire, ne valideaza eforturile si contributia la dezvoltarea mediului antreprenorial din Bucuresti.
Discutiile purtate cu ceilalti coordonatori de Lean StartUp Meetups la nivel international, au convers catre doua obiective importante pentru miscarea Lean Startup: autosustinerea si trecerea la urmatorul nivel prin organizarea de cursuri, ateliere, workshopuri.

Pentru ca este un grup de business, primul criteriu pe care il luam foarte in serios, este respectul pentru timpul, munca si implicarea tuturor invitatilor, colaboratorilor si organizatorilor.
Locurile de participare la evenimente sunt limitate, motiv pentru care inscrierea la eveniment implica un angajament din partea membrilor grupului.
