Barry O’Reilly works with business leaders and teams from global organizations that seek not to fear the future but invent it. He has been an entrepreneur, employee, and consultant. After several startups, his focus shifted towards the enterprise, where he has pioneered the intersection of business model innovation, product development, organizational design, and culture transformation. Barry is the author of Unlearn: Let Go of Past Success to Achieve Extraordinary Results, and co-author of the international bestseller Lean Enterprise: How High Performance Organizations Innovate at Scale—included in the Eric Ries series, and a Harvard Business Review must read for CEOs and business leaders. He is an internationally sought-after speaker, frequent writer and contributor to The Economist, Strategy+Business, and MIT Sloan Management Review.

Kai Haley is a UX designer leading the Design Relations team at Google. She is one of the lead trainers for Sprint Master Academy and has spent the last 2 years training over 200 Sprint Masters across Google’s diverse product areas. She is passionate about design thinking and inspiring the UX community to effectively utilize Design Sprints for speed and innovation. Her UX expertise has been centered on creating monetization opportunities, most recently on the Search Ads Team, and prior to Google, on the Yahoo! Front Page. She earned a Masters Degree in Design from CCA, where she focused on sustainable design.

Sabrina is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach and the founder of Braham & Associates headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sabrina specializes in consulting, executive coaching, Women’s Leadership Initiatives, assessments and trainings for executive & leadership development, team building, change management, performance improvement, and conflict resolution in teams or between employees by increasing emotional intelligence to help clients dissolve blocks to higher profits and productivity since 1978.
