This group is dedicated to individuals interested in QIGONG practices. QIGONG? Think of it as a super gentle moving meditation. It is an ancient Chinese pracitice help your energy (Qi) move better, but really, it just feels good.

We focus on Five Element QIGONG to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
