Let's come together to destress, improve our balance, find inner peace, and connect with nature. The session will include a fusion of Tai Chi and Qi Gong techniques to promote self-empowerment and overall wellness.

You should be able to get in the side or front doors. There is some parking behind the church, or you can park on the street. Park opposite the church on Caroline Street and next to the Church on Mt. Vernon.
