Learn ReactJS

In this beginners course, we'll learn how to build a ReactJS web app. React is the hottest new thing in Javascript framework, from the engineers at Facebook. It makes a simple proposition: displaying data. In a sense, React is a templating engine. In addition to that, it enables creation of more sophisticated UI components. Because it is Javascript, it can do more than any other templating language. But it does not let the developer get into trouble. It limits the use of state in your views. This produces a much more reliable and well mannered user interface.

My aim is to show you how React is different than Angular, Backbone, jQuery, Knockout and other Javascript frameworks. Along the way I want you to build a simple React web app from start to finish.

The cost is $20/person, and that covers 4 hours of instruction in an intimate classroom (<10 people).
