Learn to cope with your anxiety: practical tools to control, reduce and stop anxiety and panic attacks.

You will practice breathing exercises, better understanding of the anxiety mechanism, reinforcing coping mechanism during 5 meetings.

The 30th September, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th October. At 19h15 in Schaffhauserstrasse 43 – Das Zentrum der Körperarbeit - Zurich.

Number of participants: max 4-5 persons.
