What you can expect from this day:- Reconnect with Your Breath: Understand how your breathing works and its impact on your physical and emotional state.
- Breathing Practices for Stress Relief: Explore various techniques to increase lung capacity and release tension in the muscles involved in breathing.

Cost: fr. 320.-. The price of the workshop includes: the workshop, the transport from rail station Bellinzona, lunch, dinner and the night in a common room in the hut.
Cost: fr. 250.- Without dinner and night at the hut.Arrival at the location from the rail Station in Bellinzona, at 11h when the first part of the workshop will take place. Lunch at 14h. 15h second part of the workshop, ending around 18h. To enjoy the contact with Nature and with yourself, I recommend to spend the night in Arami.
