If you have always wanted to learn how to sketch but did not know where to start, this is the place for you. We are a group of beginners who meet regularly to practice the basics of drawing in a low-pressure, supportive environment. Whether you have not picked up a pencil since grade school or are just looking for a creative outlet to explore, you will find a welcoming space here to learn at your own pace.
Our sessions focus on simple, practical techniques like observing shapes, understanding light and shadow, and getting comfortable with a sketchbook. We keep things informal and focus on the joy of the process rather than creating a masterpiece. Come along to meet some new people, share a few laughs, and build your confidence one sketch at a time.
