About us

Whether you’re a first-time blogger or seasoned developer, there’s always more to learn. The vast resources available at [Learn.WordPress.org](https://learn.wordpress.org/) from community members all over the world will help you learn more about WordPress and teach it to others.

One of the best ways to learn is through collaborative discussions with others. The meetups here bring together people around the content hosted on [Learn.WordPress.org](https://learn.wordpress.org/) for live discussions and learning. We share knowledge, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. When you sign up for a meetup, please take the time to watch the suggested workshop(s) in advance where necessary.

You must agree to the code of conduct in order to participate in these online workshops. Some online workshops are recorded – you will be notified of this as you join the session and, if you do not wish to appear in the recording, you can choose to opt-out entirely or simply hide your video so you are not visible. Recordings will be published on [WordPress.tv](https://wordpress.tv/) after the event has taken place.

Session 1: Using AI-Powered Tools for Creating WordPress Learning Materials

As shared in New AI-Powered Tools for Creating WordPress Learning Materials, the WordPress Training Team and full community now has a set of AI-powered tools to help contributors create high-quality learning materials more efficiently. These tools — a collection of structured prompts usable in any AI platform and a dedicated Claude plugin — are now available to everyone in the Learn WordPress GitHub repository.

In this online workshop, I will guide folks through how to use each tool, show them in action, and give attendees the opportunity to try them themselves.

Whether you are a seasoned Training Team contributor or exploring how to make your first contribution, this session will show you a practical, repeatable path to creating WordPress learning materials that align with how the Training Team works.

    Audience

    • Training Team contributors who want to create or revise Learn WordPress content more efficiently
    • WordPress educators and facilitators who want tools to help them build and deliver workshops
    • New contributors who are looking for a clear entry point into creating WordPress learning materials

This is session 1. You can sign up for session 2 here: https://www.meetup.com/learn-wordpress-online-workshops/events/314410608/
