Meeting place: AL MINA（アルミーナ）RestaurantThis restaurant accepts cash, PayPay and credit cards except Amex. The restaurant has a table charge of 400 yen, which includes a starter and tea.
このレストランでは現金のみを受け付けています。dinner cost: depends on what you order. Most people pay 5,000 Yen. The restaurant has a 400 yen cover charge. If you order mansaff your bill will be about 3,100 yen.
Meetup event fee: 200 yen in cash to cover the meetup organisation cost.
This restaurant is very popular and requires reservation.

Unfortunately, the location is not free, so I will have to ask for 500 Yen for the session to cover hiring the hall, and also help towards covering the Meet-up fee. Payment accepted as cash on the night.
Please note, the centre has a "No Alcohol Policy" so I'd ask people to stick to bringing soft drinks please.
