Learn Jazz Guitar Atlanta

This is a group dedicated to serious guitar students who want to improve their chops and knowledge through the prism of jazz. 

If you are an absolute beginner, this group is NOT for you.  I can recommend Learn Guitar Atlanta to get you started with the instrument.

This group is also a catchall for jazz guitar study. It is assumed that the student has reasonable functional and technical control over, minimally, major and minor scales and chords. There are currently two (2) different classes that meet once a month, each:

Beginning Jazz  class is for players that have little to no experience playing jazz and want to learn more.

Intermediate Jazz class  is for players that feel comfortable playing guitar and improvising over basic changes and are interested to learn more about the mechanics of playing jazz. Thank you for joining Learn Jazz Guitar Atlanta, and I can't wait to meet and play with you all.

The classes may be cancelled, at my discretion, if less than 3 members have RSVPed.
