This class is for advanced beginners. You will need to know how to complete the following proficiently: double crochet and chain.

Filet crochet is a technique that uses basic stitching (double crochets) with planned spaces to organize a specific pattern.

1. Acrylic or Cotton (#4) worsted weight yarn in 2 colors: no white, no black (please use a rich color you will be able to see your stitches in. Think: teal, mauve, taupe, cornflower)
2. A hook size 5.0 or 5.5. These are hook sizes best used with #4 weight yarn. Please check your yarn labels, though, for recommendations.
3. Scissors or yarn snippers
5. A device (laptop, PC, tablet, or smart phone) with Teams downloaded onto it.

The cost of this class is $10.00
Cost includes the 2-hour class, video of the class, and downloadable education materials with written instructions. (blanket pattern seen in photo)

Refund Policy:

  • All attendees will be refunded if any class is cancelled or rescheduled per Meetup policy.
  • If you cannot attend a class due to another reason, please message the Host (Yarn Over Cleveland) to discuss alternative options.
