Hi all,
I thought we would set up an event to include our four-legged furry friends. I'm bringing my dog Pebbles.
Join me (Jess) for an afternoon walk - dogs and well-behaved owners are welcome! Dogs are not compulsory so please feel free to attend if you don't have a dog. I thought that as it is the weekend we should enjoy the afternoon, hopefully the weather will be pleasant but we’ll be heading there rain or shine. It is Yorkshire after all!
We will meet at Golden Acre Park at the Car park a bit further down the road from where the Mercure Hotel is. Meet in the car park where the sign is to golden acre and also ice cream van then do a walk from there. There is a café in the park where you can get a tea/coffee/cake or can go for a drink else where there is lawnswood arms which I think allows dogs.
This is just a social walk where all levels of fitness are welcome. I will do my best to make sure everyone feels welcome (humans and dogs).
If you would like to contact me before the event then drop us a message. We look forward to seeing you all there :)
See you there,
Jess & Pebbles
