LVCC Hyde Park Weekend

Several years ago I hosted a weekend event in Hyde Park New York similar to the Eastern Shore Weekend. I'm happy to announce I'm scheduling the event again this year. The dates are Oct 3 - Oct 5. I've reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Quality Inn Hyde Park

According to their website the hotel is sold out other than our 10 room block for these dates

Each room has two beds. The room rate is $159 per night plus tax. Rooms in this block are available until Sept 2, after that date they will be released to general availability. Cancellation for individual rooms is one days before the date. You must make your own room reservations by calling the hotel and indicating you are part of the LVCC group.

There will be rides each day. You can look at the proposed routes in this collection: Hyde Park Weekend Routes. These will be modified slightly because we stayed in a different hotel before, but this one is very close.
