This retreat is designed for seekers, explorers, starseeds, and anyone longing to deepen their connection with their inner world.
Through a carefully constructed tapestry of somatic practices, Breathwork, journaling and sharing, we will gently drop into a space beneath the mind chatter.
Here we meet ourselves, with all our parts and intricate complexity, with presence and compassion, allowing the innate wisdom of the body to emerge.
This is a space where ALL experiences are welcome. A space for curiosity and exploration. A space to be seen and to let go of shoulds and expectations.
This retreat offers you a sanctuary to soften any self-judgement you may be experiencing, to nurture a sense of self-compassion and connection, and to explore the somatic sensation of acceptance within our human system.

WHAT TO EXPECT
When we meet ourselves and all our parts with curiosity and compassion, gently moving away from frustration and antipathy, we create an opening for deep peace to emerge within.
โข We will explore some gentle somatic practices to be with our bodies - thoughts, emotions, sensations - to access safety, connection and compassion within.
โข We'll be bringing in an inner atmosphere of curiosity and exploration around our individual, unique experience, befriending our protective parts and softening inner criticism.
โข Drawing upon the medicine of the breath, we'll be inviting in an experience of spaciousness, ease and peace, nurturing the thread that weaves together mind/ body/ spirit.
This is a space for empathy over advice, curiosity over judgement, your intuition over anyone else's answers.
Tea and treats will be free-flowing, and we'll close our time together with a shared meal of nourishing and nutritious home-cooked food (made with love by Olivia!)
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honour with love and reverence your mind, body and spirit.
