In this Breathwork and somatic healing session, we'll gently explore the heart as a sanctuary within - a place of resource, resilience and trust -where we can meet ourselves fully and whole-heartedly, exactly as we are.
An exploration of Self-Forgiveness - why it's so important for our emotional well being and how we can start, or continue, to cultivate an experiential sense of this within our soma.
Whether it's past regrets, attachments or current behaviours, we will start to unravel the layers of resentment turned inward and move more toward an experience of softness and ease.
Through guided Breathwork, we will:
- Soften/ release/ integrate stored fear, doubt and self-judgement that keep the body stuck in old survival patterns.
- Reconnect with inner wisdom, tuning into the body’s messages with openness, clarity and compassion.
- Cultivate a sense of safety within, learning to hold ourselves with patience and care.
By the end of this journey, you will leave with a deeper sense of forgiveness within in yourself, a knowing that you are your own safe space, and more clarity and understanding of what blocks this experience.
This is for you if:

This in-person Breathwork circle will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing using Transformational Breathwork - a heart-opening breathing meditation which can
- quiet the mind chatter and open the heart
- clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris
- cultivate deeper levels of self-love and self-acceptance
- increase self-connection and heighten intuition
- connect you to your courage and quiet your fears
- decrease levels of anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm
What to expect:
• A space to gently explore what self-forgiveness looks like, feels like, and what blocks us from this experience.
• A safe and supportive sanctuary for sharing from our hearts in a space without judgement, interjection or advice
• Somatic practice for embodied exploration of our internal world
• 25-30 minute Transformational Breathwork meditation
• 10-15 minutes deliciously heart-expanding integration
• Time and space for our hearts and bodies to settle before emerging back into the world

What is Breathwork?
Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.
