About us
Welcome to the Leiden lacrosse group! We play the fastest sport on two feet twice a week! Wednesday 18:00 - 19:30 and friday 18:30 - 20:30 at USC (Goliaspad 22)
All skill levels welcome, we are a big group of mixed experience, from absolutely no experience to years of experience! We love to organise social events so join us for outdoor events and retreats where we can bond over our love of lacrosse and stay active. Let's sweat, have fun, and build lasting friendships together!

Try out Lacrosse! Open Training (3)
USC Leiden, Goliuspad 22, Leiden, NLNo experience or gear required! All you need is sports shoes (mouthguard is recommended) and to actually sign up HERE!!!
Never seen Lacrosse? It is awesome!! Its like hockey in the air but faster! (or ice-hockey in case of contact-lacrosse). You play it with a stick with a mesh that holds onto the ball. You can run with it with no limit, throw the ball and even kick the ball! With the aim being to get that ball into a goal, defense has plenty of ways to prevent that though!
Check out some highlights: non-contact lacrosse, contact lacrosse. We do both at our club!
Additionally our club is great way to get to know other students and become acquainted with a new sport!
