Tired of swiping? Lema is online speed dating you do from your sofa, using just your voice.
Join a scheduled online event, and we'll pair you with a series of London singles who match your preferences for short one-to-one voice conversations. There's no video and no endless swiping. After each call you privately choose Yes or No. If you both say Yes, it's a match.
How it works
- Find an event that suits you best and register your booking.
- Once the event goes live you’ll be paired with someone who matches your preferences for a quick conversation.
- There are no cameras involved but while you're talking you'll see each others profiles.
- Once the call is over, you both privately decide if you’d like to connect, and then you go straight into the next call.
- After the event you can message any matches to get to know each other more.
How long do events last?
Most of our events are fast-paced, at around 90 seconds a conversation. This means you can be done in 30 minutes from the comfort of your own home and still get an early night!
Why voice?
You learn more about someone from 90 seconds of conversation than from two weeks of texting. Voice puts the focus on chemistry and humour instead of camera angles, and it's far less awkward than video.
