Join us for a 60-minute Gyrotonic® class, designed for all fitness levels. This low-impact workout focuses on fluid, circular movements that improve flexibility, strength, and coordination. No equipment is needed, and members are encouraged to wear comfortable sportswear, as the class is done without shoes. Tea and water will be provided after the session for a refreshing cool-down. Just bring your energy and enthusiasm—everything else is taken care of!
