In this women’s circle, held outdoors in the magical setting of Parque del Retiro, you’ll explore how to connect with them in a simple, intuitive, and personal way. We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to how crystals work, exploring their frequency, their ability to store and transmit energetic information, and how they can support us in daily life. Through guided meditation, sensory grounding, and shared reflections, you’ll learn to tune into your body and choose the crystal that resonates with your current moment. You’ll also be introduced to specific crystals and their traditional uses — supporting intentions such as self-love, protection, clarity, and abundance. To complete the experience, you’ll be invited to create your own crystal amulet: a meaningful object to carry with you, infused with your energy and aligned with your intention 🌙✨
