Begin your experience with an introduction to the concept and space, where you'll learn about the inspiration behind this vibrant studio dedicated to pilates on the mat and on reformer. Next, one of the studio’s expert coaches will guide you through a 50-minute reformer pilates session, suitable for all levels. Don’t forget your grip socks—they’re essential for the class!
