Begin your experience with an introduction to the concept and space, where you'll learn about the inspiration behind this vibrant studio dedicated to pilates on the mat and on reformer. Next, one of the studio’s expert coaches will guide you through a 50-minute reformer pilates session, suitable for all levels. Don’t forget your grip socks—they’re essential for the class! (You can bring your own or purchase some at the studio.) After the session, gather in the cozy coffee shop area for an opening circle while savouring a delicious drink as you connect with friends. 💫

Create a personalized floral card featuring the initial of your choice and discover the world of recycled dried flowers alongside floral designer Alison.

Workshop Schedule:

• Welcome: Settle in with a warm drink and discover the story behind Anthologie Paris, as well as our eco-friendly approach to upcycling dried flowers.

• Introduction to Materials: Identify the different types of recycled dried flowers used in the creations, and familiarize yourself with the tools and floral composition techniques.

• Creating the Floral Background: Craft your base using recycled flower powder and learn the essential steps to structure a harmonious composition.

• Personalizing the Card: Design your creation around the initial of your choice by adding petals, floral fragments, and textures to create a unique, delicate textured card.

At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your personalized floral card and its recycled paper envelope, ready to be gifted, sent, or kept as a souvenir.

Following your booking, Alison will contact you by email so you can select the initial you wish to create during the workshop. This step is essential, as the materials are prepared in advance for each participant.
