During this informal but educational evening, chocolate judge, sommelier, educator and French trained pastry chef Lisa Allen will guide you through the basics of training your five sense to taste and evalaute fine aroma chocolate like a pro!

Activites will include time to taste and learn in pairs or small groups, as well as formal tastings at the table.

Next, one of the studio’s expert coaches will guide you through a 50-minute reformer pilates session, suitable for all levels. Don’t forget your grip socks—they’re essential for the class! (You can bring your own or purchase some at the studio.) After the session, gather in the cozy coffee shop area for an opening circle while savouring a delicious drink as you connect with friends. 💫

In this event, you will participate in a friendly "speed-dating", and with each rotation you will have a short conversation with someone new and exchange your flowers!
