We’ll begin with a guided meditation to center the nervous system and clarify intention, followed by an activating breathwork journey designed to build heat, resilience, and focused direction. After the release, you’ll move into reflective journaling to integrate insights and connect with your next aligned step.

The evening closes with a sharing circle to connect with the collective group and a crystal activation ritual- charging your chosen stone with intention so it becomes a support for courage, structure, and empowered action in the weeks ahead.
