Unlock the secrets to understanding, tasting and purchasing some of the world's best chocolate made from the highest quality cacao by award winning artisans.
During this informal but educational evening, chocolate judge, sommelier, educator and French trained pastry chef Lisa Allen will guide you through the basics of training your five sense to taste and evalaute fine aroma chocolate like a pro!
Activites will include time to taste and learn in pairs or small groups, as well as formal tastings at the table.
Finish with a glass of wine and time to socialize!
You will also have an opportunity to shop exclusive award winning bars from global artisans.
