Welcoming Lesbian, Sapphic, and WLW! If you are a woman who loves women and lives in any city in California or if you are a WLW who loves our beautiful state you have come to the right place. There will be online events to connect WLW worldwide and in-person events hosted by the globetrotting organizers. Meetup requires a paid subscription in order to have this group on the internet. Please do not RSVP and then flake out on events or you will be removed from this Meetup group. All the Event Organizers are volunteers. If you participate in ANY event you are aware of all the risks and liabilities involved and will not take any legal action against any of the organizers or event hosts of this Meetup group.

Are you shy, introverted or feel uncomfortable with social situations? Do you work in a job where you do not have a lot of human contact? Do you have no friends or shallow friends and want to have closer friendships? Do you want to deepen the friendships that you currently have?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions you are invited to join us in a free class learning about how to make and keep friends. If you are ready for this challenge or if you want to see what it would entail to make and keep friends please join us.
I am inspired by the works of Marisa G. Franco (Platonic: How the Science of Attachment Can Help You Make—and Keep—Friends) and Shasta Nelson (Frientimacy). I take all this research and I look at friendship through the lens of being a lesbian/queer women so I can modify this workshop to embrace our sapphic community!

Uniting lesbians, sapphics and WLW in the USA, UK and Australia!!! Join us on a video zoom call to discuss friendship, dating and relationships. We welcome singles and female couples. This free online support group will be offered once a month at 9pm Saturday in Australia/Sydney, 12noon Saturday United Kingdom/London, 7am Saturday New York City/East Coast, 4am California/West Coast
Please make sure your video and mic are in proper working order before the start of this online event. For the safety of our community you must be be able to appear on video and to do an audio check-in within seconds of being admitted into the zoom meeting.
