WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This group is for anyone with an interest in trail running or exploring nature parks.
Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned runner, you’ll feel right at home here!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Our running pace is leisure – no pressure at all.

  • Participants range in age from 25 to 70 years old, and all fitness levels are welcome.

  • Everyone runs at their own pace – we do not run in a single group or expect anyone to keep up with others.

  • That said, we always have regular members assigned to accompany the last runner, so no one gets left behind.

A typical run lasts 30 to 45 minutes, depending on individual pace and fitness level.
We usually have about 9 to 12 regular runners at each session.
After the run, we often go for a casual dinner or drink together—it’s a great time to unwind and chat.

DISTANCE COVERED:
5 to 7 km, depending on the route.

VENUE:
We explore different trails and nature parks across Singapore.
Our base location is Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

TIMING & FREQUENCY:
We meet once every 2 weeks on Sunday at 5:00 PM.
Runs typically end around 6:30 PM, followed by an optional dinner or drink.
