WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This group is ideal for anyone who’s new to trail running in the forest. Whether you prefer a slow, moderate, or fast pace, you're welcome to join — we each run at our own speed, with no pressure to keep up with others.

WHAT TO EXPECT ?
Our participants range in age from 29 to 65, and everyone has a different level of fitness. That's why we encourage everyone to run at a pace that suits them — we do not pace one another.
Each run typically lasts 30 to 40 minutes, depending on individual fitness levels. We usually have around 9 to 12 runners per session.
After the run, we often gather for a quick drink or casual dinner — a nice way to wind down and socialize.

Approximately 5 to 6 km per run.

VENUE
We explore various run locations across Singapore, but our main base is Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
