In this session, I want everyone to practice contributing, which is ultimately owning who YOU are.

In this session, I will talk a little about how to come more into your true authentic self, what this means and how this assists with social anxiety.

Next, I want everyone to go into detail about what you feel makes yourself unique, special, different, or even your flaws.

We are going to learn how to transform our fears, our shadows into our power and our gifts.

So, be prepared to share a little bit as this an exercise to work on both public speech, and also work on expressing the true and real you. Practicing how to come into your truth, while other people are listening.

So, again, we will all talk a little about our personal journey with social anxiety and then I want you to tell us about yourself in any way you want. What interests you, what gives you passion and purpose, or what would you like to work on. Who are you, and how do you own who you are?

Remember you are not the only one who fears talking in front of others and appearing anxious, so don't worry how you look and let's start to practice!
