Hi everyone!
I'm opening a session for everyone to connect in this group.
The goal is to create a platform where people can learn how to deal with the symptoms of social anxiety through exposure and relief of expression.
During this session, I want to do a simple intro from myself and members included to give everyone the opportunity to express their personal obstacles and goals for social anxiety.
A lot of social anxiety remedies revolve around exposure, and this is a great way to engage in that activity by being surrounded by others who experience the same anxiety and understand the struggle.
In this session, I would like to:
- Do introductions (exposure)
- Express your obstacles & goals
- Share what you would like to accomplish through a group exchange on meetup.
This exercise itself is a way to learn how to cope with disassociation from social anxiety.
Do not worried about being judged or scared of your own social anxiety, as I will be creating a safe space for you to do this.

We will have a short amount of time (40 mins), but will accomplish our goals in flow.
