What we’re about

Hey y'all! We're forming a group to conquer the 75 HARD PROGRAM! We'll do our best to coordinate workout sessions and, at the very least, ensure daily check-ins through a WhatsApp group chat to keep everyone on track.

Our goal is to foster accountability within the group, rather than comforting each other for missed workouts or pix. You'll be pushed to restart the program from the beginning- Every. Single. Time- if commitments aren't met. If you're NOT looking for accountability, this might not be the right group for you. Remember, 75 Hard is challenging by design.

75 HARD IS A TRANSFORMATIVE MENTAL TOUGHNESS PROGRAM

75 HARD RULES:

. Drink 1 gallon of water daily. (Consult your doctor for advice)
. Complete two 45-minute workouts every day, one must be outdoors.
. Read 10 pages of non-fiction every day. (for personal development)
. Follow a meal plan of your choice.
. No cheat meals and no alcohol.
. Take a daily progress photo. (to visualize your journey)

GUIDELINES:

If adhering to the 75 Hard rules is too difficult, the program may not be suitable for you, and that's perfectly okay. Your self-worth isn't measured by your ability to follow these rules.

Let's create a respectful and supportive environment. Disrespect will not be tolerated, and we prioritize everyone's health and safety.

Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or diet regimen.

While we organize events, please note that we are not professional guides or coaches but volunteers inviting you to join us as friends. Both indoor and outdoor activities come with inherent risks, and accidents can occur. By joining any of our events, you acknowledge these risks and take full responsibility for your safety and well-being. All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of relevant authorities. Participation means you release the organizers from any claims and liabilities, in accordance with section 6 of the Meetup Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree or are unsure about your ability to safely complete an event, please refrain from signing up.
