Let's Get Paid is a network of active Real Estate Investors that operate exclusively in Dallas Fort Worth. We focus on purchase of off-market properties buying direct from homeowners without the need for real estate agents. We have executed 80+ deals int he Dallas Fort Worth area in the past 4 years and completed >$10M in real estate transactions during 2022. Our primary investment strategy is Value Added Resale (most people call "House Flipping') of single family homes but we also execute Creative Financing, Buy and Hold (BRRR), Owner Finance, Short Term/Mid Term Rentals, Multi Family Syndication and other common investor strategies. Unlike other meetup groups we do not just TALK about these strategies, we actually do them profitably throughout Dallas Fort Worth and our meetup group participants are integrated into these deals to earn and learn.
