Join us for an energizing and invigorating Laughter Yoga session focusing on stress relief and joyful living. Led by experienced Master Trainers, Bill and Linda Hamaker from Let's Laugh Today! This in person free event is designed to promote wellness and positive energy through laughter exercises and breathing techniques. It will be every first and third Sunday from 4pm to 5pm. PLEASE arrive a little earlier to settle in.

Discover the power of laughter as the best medicine for both body and mind, while engaging in a fun and social atmosphere with like-minded individuals. Laugh, stretch, and rejuvenate your spirit in a session that combines fitness, exercise, and alternative medicine practices.

Plenty of free parking. Sign will be on which door to enter.

BRING YOUR WATER TO DRINK. Know that there is always a fun group of 6 to 12 laughers even though they are not listed here on Meetup. All ages and all physical abilities can do this. It is laughing, clapping, and breathing. Handicap accessible.

FREE, but donations to the church for the use of the space are accepted.
