Small group training is a cost-effective way to get the benefits of personal training at an affordable price.
My experience as personal trainer and fitness instructor will help you to achieve your physical and mental fitness goals.

Instructors and Times:
Saturday, Sunday 2 pm with Coach BARONY

What You Get:
An experienced coach who will plan workouts for your optimal results – gaining strength, losing weight, getting better sleep, and feeling better!
Nutritional guidance and support – advice on what to eat and drink to meet nutrient needs, promote health, and prevent disease!
