All welcome to our April event!
We're super-excited to announce that the group now has its own Kawai GL30 Grand Piano. It's just a few years old and a really beautiful instrument with an incredible sound! This has been possible due to the strong regular attendance making it a worthwhile investment in our group's future as we start our 9th year.
It's going to be fantastic hear everyone playing it! As always, you're welcome to attend as an audience member too.
We'll be meeting at the Quaker Meeting House on Upper Goat Lane. This is very central (a couple of minutes from the market square) It's a lovely space with a large breakout area for our usual teas/coffees. It's also next door to the rear entrance to St Giles car park, so it's super-convenient if driving (it's about £2.20 per hour to park Mon-Sun)
It's a great opportunity to perform and meet new people regardless of ability, experience or musical style. Playing is optional, non-pianists are welcome to enjoy the music and refreshments included.
The entry price is still only £7, which you can pay in advance, or by card on the day.

We have the space from 1.45pm-5pm so you're welcome to arrive as early as you like in time for our 2:30pm start. There'll also be an option to go for drinks nearby after the event for those who wish.
