Pop Up Ride to Botanic Garden

Weather permitting...

It's supposed to be nice Saturday, so Let's Ride! 72 - 75F. I can take 10 -14 people in with me for free. I'm sure there will be more Botanic Gardens members on this ride who can also take people in.

**Remember, you either need a membership to go into the Botanic Garden's Building this year, or pay $27 per entry, *or pair up with someone who has a pass. ***

This is an easy 18 mile ride round trip, 9 miles each way. We will be riding at a 12-13mph pace and no one will be left behind. We will spend some time at the garden to have something to eat,, drink and socialize.

A HELMET IS MANDATORY for all Let's Ride bicycle rides. Also required, a working and properly maintained bicycle that will allow you to travel the distance and pace you have elected to ride.

As 'situational awareness' is critical to safe bicycling, EARBUDS, EARPHONES and LOUDSPEAKERS will NOT be ALLOWED on this ride.

You should also bring the normal accouterments (ID with Emergency Contact and Insurance cards, credit card, spare inner tube, pump, etc.), proper attire based on the weather forecast, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, money for food and/or beverage, a bicycle lock and a good attitude!
