A Forest Therapy Hike, Yoga, and Sound Bath Fusion @ Rolling Ridge Conservancy

🥾 Description: Harmonize your mind, body, and spirit in the crisp air with forest therapy invitations. Awaken your senses by connecting with nature within 1600 acres of serene conservancy wilderness. We will walk ~2 miles and then enjoy a short, gentle yoga practice among nature accompanied by the healing sounds of singing bowls and chimes.

✴️ Note: This is an event for Women only

📍Location: Meet at Niles Cabin, Friends Wilderness Property.

⏰ Event Time: 10am-1pm. Meet at 9:50am. We will start at 10am.

🎒Preparation:

• Sturdy footwear
• Comfortable layers
• Hiking poles (recommended)
• Water
• Snack
• Bug Spray
• Sunblock

🚻 Miscellaneous: Restrooms are not available.

I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care and assume responsibility for all associated costs.
I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
