Let's Take a Hike is for people who love to hike, walk and mindfully connect to the beauty of nature while experiencing lessons found only in the great out of doors.
We are about building intentional community with others who enjoy the relaxation and evidenced based benefits that relaxing in nature brings http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2016/01/call-to-wild-text
We will offer meditative hikes in the NOVA region, Shenandoah National Park and on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia.
Hikers will discover how hiking with others in nature can enhance health and help reduce stress in mind, body and soul in ways that will prepare them to live everyday life in more wholehearted way.
