🌿 Description:
Reconnect with your inner rhythm through a day of deep grounding and sensory renewal. Roots and Resonance invites you into the tranquil embrace of the forest, where guided forest therapy, gentle yoga, and immersive sound healing come together in harmony. This holistic experience nurtures body, mind, and spirit—offering a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reestablish a rooted connection to the earth and yourself.
🥾 What we'll do:
Walk 1.5 miles or less, Forest therapy, gentle yoga and a sound bath.
👋🏼 Meeting point:
Meet in the parking area at 1:50 pm. We will start at 2:00 pm.
🚙 Parking: Large Parking Lot
🚻 Miscellaneous: There are portable toilets at the parking area.
🎒Preparation:
Bring
- Water
- Layers of clothes based on the weather
- A snack if you would like
- Sturdy comfortable shoes
- Tick & bug repellent
- Sunblock & a hat
